Vinery Lofts combines rehabilitation of an early 20th Century commercial winery with new
construction. Vinery I converts the existing masonry structure into fourteen loft style
condominiums over an existing basement retrofitted into a garage. Vinery II, a new building
constructed of precast concrete, steel frame, and masonry, contains twelve residential units
built as a mirror image of Vinery I. Outdoor steel decks and stairs connecting both buildings
emphasize the project's integrity as one residential complex.
