This unique townhouse development in the historic Old Irving
Park neighborhood was comprised of two communities: The Gables
I and The Gables II.
Both developments feature extra wide attached homes offering
almost 3200 square feet of living space. Each of the townhomes
feature distinctive facades detailed with colorful brick and wood

The Gables of Old Irving was completed in October of 2005. The
