The Ivy Lane development was a new construction project based
in the Lakeview neighborhood.
This residential community features 23 loft style residences
constructed with a combination of steel frame and precast concrete.
The homes feature upscale finishes and fireplaces. On the interior
of the development, residents enjoy a plaza style courtyard that
serves as a private gathering place for residents. The courtyard
is thoughtfully detailed with red brick paving, masonry columns,
custom-built planters and exposed steel frame catwalks.
This RDM Development project was completed in May of 1997 establishing
Ivy Lane as an innovator in changing the residential facade of
bustling Lincoln Avenue.
