RDM Development’s La Dolce Vita project consisted of seven
unique new construction townhomes built in an old manufacturing
zone in the Lakeview neighborhood.
The townhomes were built using traditional brick veneer and wood
frame construction. The development features outstanding masonry
design consisting of a variety of face brick, split-face block,
and limestone. The residential interiors boast soaring ceilings,
hardwood floors, and upscale finishes.
RDM Development completed the seven units in November of 1997.
This project helped revitalize the area and beautify the streetscape
by reflecting the best of Lakeview architecture.
