This RDM project in the Midtown community involved an extensive rehab of an existing building and coach house.

The Midtown Pointe project features five residential units. In the main building, there are four loft style residences that feature exposed brick and ductwork, high ceilings, and hardwood floors. The existing coach house was converted from two units into one large soft loft style residence. The main building’s exterior facade was carefully updated and wooden back porches were added in keeping with the charm of the original building.

The Midtown Pointe project was completed in 1998. The conversion quickly sold out and the careful rehab helped beautify the surrounding area and streetscape.
