This RDM Development project in the Lakeview neighborhood involved augmenting an existing two-story masonry building with two additional stories.

Reliable Lofts features 10 luxury loft style residential units with underground garages. Each unit features a completely unique floor plan and classic loft details such as exposed brick and ductwork. Roof decks and steel-frame balconies also detail the building. In appreciation of the original building’s design, RDM Development incorporated extensive stone elements salvaged from the demolition into the building’s new facade.

The Reliable Lofts project was completed in 1999. This carefully designed development successfully preserves the character of the architecture found in the surrounding Lakeview neighborhood.
