The Vinery Lofts was a unique development project that combined the conversion of an early 20th Century commercial winery with the creation of a new construction building.

This development features a total of 26 units housed in two distinct buildings known as Vinery I and Vinery II. Vinery I, an existing masonry structure that formerly housed a commercial winery was transformed into 14 loft style condominiums. A new building, Vinery II, was constructed and designed as a mirror image of the Vinery I building and presently contains twelve residential units. Outdoor steel decks and stairs were utilized to connect both buildings and emphasize the development’s cohesiveness as one residential complex.

This project was successfully completed in two phases. The Vinery I building was finished in 1995 and Vinery II was completed in 1996.
