Construction Manager:
Oversee multi-million dollar construction projects. Responsible for review of architectural/ engineering plans, cost estimation/project budgets, and bid/negotiation functions. Utilizing most recent version of AutoCAD; review coordinated drawings and designs; verify and confirm construction details. Read, interpret and follow architectural plans and Building Codes using most recent version of AutoCAD. Manage plan check and building submittal processes. Prepare documentation for bids, contracts, project schedules, change orders, payout statements, and lien waivers. Schedule, coordinate and monitor work of all subcontractors. Monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans and codes. Maintain client relations. Requires Bachelors degree in any Engineering field and 4 years experience in the job offered or as Contractor or Project Manager.
